Why You SHOUlD soaking your feet in apple cider vinegar

Corns and calluses

Hardened parts of the skin on your foot brought about by wearing tight shoes, wearing the wrong shoe or such can make life unbearable.
Known as corns and calluses, the hardened parts also give your feet and undesirable look. You can, however, get rid of them easily by soaking them in ACV foot soak which softens them by exfoliating dead skin cells.
ACV also kills bacteria around the corns giving you better feet health.

Toenail fungus
Also known as onychomycosis, this is a type of fungus that affects your toenails leaving them thickened, brittle, crumbly or ragged.
An ACV soak changes the PH of the area surrounding your toenails making it acidic. This kills the fungi which prefer alkaline environments hence ending the spread.

Dry feet
Whether it is from the shoes you choose to wear, underlying health issues or even diet choices, dry feet are a bother to everyone. They are characterized by cracks and if left unattended can develop to painful feet. Soaking your cracked feet regularly in ACV removes dead, dry, or cracked skin leaving you with soft feet. It also moistens the parched skin to make it supple.
